These crystal beads seem to be of good quality, the elastic bands that hold them together are very strong, almost too strong. My wrist is about 7 3/4" around and the first night I had to take them off after a few hours as the elastic was causing the beads to put too much pressure on my wrist. I put them on a plastic glass the next day to stretch the elastic a little, which helped. I've only had them for a couple of days, so I can't speak to how well the elastic bands hold up.
